Jessica oversees all underwriting, manages all Key Performance Indicators of every asset and oversees all financials of every investment. She is known as the “Queen of Numbers” because of her attention and depth of detail that she delivers on a daily basis.

Evan oversees all marketing, creative and relationships of BXC and also heads investor relations, broker relations and third party vendors. Evan has an extensive background in construction, project management, real estate investment/development and design services.
